Pit Drone Model (Sounds And Lore Included)

 You wanted Race-X, you got Race-X. I designed the Pit Drone with the idea of an early Synth in mind, after the Seven Hour War the Gate to the Combine Homeworld was sealed, as a result Synths could no longer be transported onto Earth. The Overwatch Transhuman Arm had to learn how to make Synths all over again. The Pit Drones were the first result of this. They were cheaply made haphazardly with minimal to no alterations to the body unlike other Synths and with absolutely no alterations to the brain. Instead a mind controlling chip was latched onto the Pit Drones to keep them loyal to the Combine. As the OTA advanced further and further both Medically and Scientifically, they found no use for the Pit Drones anymore and cast them aside to the canals where overpopulation would drive all of them into cannibalistic craze.

Race-X Will Be Featured!

 I posted a poll on Reddit, (r/HalfLife was my main hub for posting updates on my game before I made this blogspot.) and the majority has agreed that I should add Race-X to my game. Here is the poll:

Bullsquid Model, Oh How The Mighty Have Fallen...

 You remember the bullsquids from Half-Life right? The big vibrant colorful fat fleshy dogs with tentacles at the end of their mouths? Well they aren't doing so well anymore, in fact their appearance in this game will show you that they are way past their prime. I legit felt depressed while making this model, these things have certainly seen better days. Oh and if you think this is sad, just wait till you see the Houndeyes.

Fast Headcrab Redesign (Plus Two Bonus Models)

 In favor of a more classic looking Fast Headcrab, I have redesigned it with HL2 Retail in mind. And just for the fun of it, here are two bonus models, the Consul (Beta Dr Breen) and a burnt corpse!

Shit Ton Of Combine Soldiers

 Here all the Combine Soldier models I've made, and believe it or not there are still more that I need to add. The following models below are the Elite, Guard (Non-Synth Variant), Ordinal, Civil Protection, and the Nova Prospekt Soldiers, followed by the standard Overwatch Soldiers. Most of the models are based on Nemez Combine Soldiers with some Beta Elements added in. The Guard and Ordinal however are based on the HLA Concept Art and the Metrocop is based on of course,.. the Half-Life 2 beta.

Zombie Models

 Here are some models for the various Headcrab Zombies found in the game. The standard zombie is based on the retail citizens, the fast zombie is based on Civil Protection, and the Poison zombies are based on the beta citizens/workers.

Male Citizen Models

Well, here they are, the male citizens. You might be thinking to yourself right now, aren't these the retail citizens? Don't worry, the Gasmask Citizens are still present, however only the Citizens who work in factories will be dawning their beta atire.

 Welcome, welcome to my blogspot. You're probably wondering, whats this all about? And to that I say, I am in the progress of recreating the Half-Life 2 Beta in Scratch as a 2d platformer. Why you ask? Everyone is always trying to remake the Half-Life 2 Beta as 3d source game, but because of the immense amount of work that it takes, people never finish. As of writing this no real coding has been done and I am still working on the 2d models, however I will update this blog when new progress is made on the game.
